Limited Warranty

Road Life Gadgets provides products with manufacturer warranties, encouraging customers to seek manufacturer support for any product failures, while also offering limited warranty support and handling returns and repairs under specified conditions.

**LIMITED WARRANTY**

Road Life Gadgets is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers in the United States. We are proud to offer products that come with the manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event you experience any issues, we encourage you to utilize the manufacturer warranty for any product failures.

**LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE**

Our limited warranty applies to all products sold and shipped within the United States. The manufacturer warranties our products, and we support this by helping you connect with them directly. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence or misuse of the product. If improper usage is determined to be the cause, a repair charge of $100 per hour, along with applicable parts and shipping costs, will be incurred.

**MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SUPPORT**

We provide warranty support for all third-party products we resell. Each product comes with its own specific manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. We encourage you to refer to the product documentation for detailed information.

**HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE**

To initiate the warranty service process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided in the product documentation.
2. Use the original packaging for the safe return of the product. If you no longer have the original packaging, you may purchase suitable packaging from your local shipping outlet.
3. We recommend insuring your return shipment and requesting proof of delivery to protect against loss during transit.

**RETURNS**

For returns, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- New, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 90 days of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Used items in original packaging can be returned within 90 days of purchase, subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of used products or products without original packaging.

To process a return, please contact us first to initiate the return request and provide a copy of the original receipt or invoice.  You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

**LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**

Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the defective product. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether direct or indirect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
