Refund and Returns
We allow returns of new and used items within 30 days, subject to restocking fees, and provides refunds and exchanges. See below for more details and the process for handling damaged or defective items.
Refund and Returns Policy for Road Life Gadgets
**1. Returns**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Road Life Gadgets. If you are not satisfied, you may return items under the following conditions:

**New, Unused Items:** If the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

**Used Items:** If the item is used but returned in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied.

**Non-returnable Items:** We do not accept returns of used products without their original packaging.
**2. Return Process**
To process a return, follow these steps:

**Prepare the Package:** Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, you may purchase suitable packaging from us.

**3. Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

**Restocking Fees:** A 10% restocking fee applies to new, unused items, and a 30% restocking fee applies to used items.

**Shipping Costs:** You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to us.

**Credit Card Fees:** If you paid for your order using a debit or credit card, an additional 3% fee will be deducted from your refund.
**4. Exchanges**
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The same restocking fees and return conditions apply.
**5. Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@roadlifegadgets.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
